History
Since early childhood, I have became familiar with basketball and dance, and I start yoga to relieve stress and increase the flexibility of the body in July 2012.
Early in 2016, I went to Rishikesh, India’s largest yoga sacred place, and participated in a 5-week teacher training program at Ashram and gained RYT200 qualification.
After coming back to Japan, I organize and hold a yoga session regularly every week.
While studying Indian classical yoga philosophy, Sanskrit language, I continue my research on yoga.
While deepening the learning of Indian classical philosophy, serve as a demonstration assistant at workshops and events.
Currently, planning and holding “Indian Classical Yoga Introductory & Beginner” class once a week. Whether you are an experienced yoga person or a non-experienced one, I try to make it possible to grow each one by using information and exercise laws appropriate for each person.
I am going to write about my experience as yogini little by little here from now.
